lovely facilities great treatments fresh cinnamon helpful staff
the spa experience i booked was amazing it did not disappoint at all the facilities were lovely and the treatments provided were great the hotel had character at every turn too my room was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic with freshly made cinnamon poached pears and spice infused fruit i can't wait to return. the staff were very friendly and helpful . the room had everything i needed.

we were celebrating a special occasion. the upgrade to a two-room suite was like a real treat. everyone was attentive and added a personal touch.
The full cooked breakfast only included half a mushroom one morning. Luckily, i got the other half the next day.

fantastic stay

the overnight spa experience was amazing and did not disappoint me lovely spa facilities were available and great treatments were provided i found the bedrooms comfortable breakfast included cinnamon poached pears and spice infused fruit everything tasted freshly made i cannot wait to return. i was like the staff were helpful and friendly the room was immaculate and included everything i needed the quality of the breakfast was superior. the grounds were well kept and featured attractive gardens. the restaurant food was excellent.
for the price i paid i expected a bigger room with better tea and coffee facilities the tv did not work and the bath had trouble filling i had an issue with the plug seal.

excellent experience
lovely spa delicious breakfast comfortable bedrooms really good ingredients
i enjoyed the overnight spa experience the spa facilities were lovely and the treatments were great the hotel had character in every corner. the bedrooms were supremely comfortable and breakfast offered delicious cinnamon poached pears. fresh ingredients made it really good i can't wait to return i also enjoyed the resident feline Alfie who patrolled the stairs.
the tv in my room had an issue it just wouldn't work also the bath had a problem with the plug seal it prevented it from filling properly it was a minor inconvenience.

The spacious suite was super clean. A baby bath was set up upon arrival, I also found a cot in the room.
The wi-fi was slow, this was a slight issue.
